Arrive With Clean Lashes
Please arrive without mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or other eye makeup. Clean lashes help ensure the best application and retention.
 

Before Your Appointment

Avoid caffeine beforehand if possible, especially if you have difficulty keeping your eyes still during services. Please remove contact lenses if they cause dryness or discomfort during your appointment.
 

Arrive On Time

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling.
 

Extra Guests

Please do not bring additional guests unless approved in advance. The studio is a private workspace designed to provide a comfortable, relaxing experience.
 

Existing Lash Extensions

If you currently have lash extensions, please let me know before booking. A removal may be required if your existing set is not suitable for a new application.
 

Lash Lift Appointments

Please arrive with completely clean, makeup-free lashes. Any existing lash extensions must be removed before your lash lift appointment.
 

Tint Services

Please share any known sensitivities or previous reactions to lash or brow tinting products before your service.
